1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bbb8", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of bbb8.io and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on bbb8.io or accesses any service offered by bbb8.
• "Platform" refers to the bbb8.io website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting products.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account on bbb8.io, through which the Player accesses services, deposits funds, and participates in gaming activities.
• "Funds" refers to any amounts deposited, held in balance, or subject to withdrawal within a Player's bbb8 account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

bbb8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bbb8.io. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If bbb8 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any funds held in duplicate accounts, including bonus balances, may be forfeited at the Company's discretion.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any additional details requested during the registration process. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. bbb8 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the provision of inaccurate or outdated account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bbb8 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify the bbb8 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bbb8 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bbb8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Players may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Standard KYC documents accepted include National ID cards, passports, and utility bills or bank statements dated within the last three months.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbb8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳) unless otherwise stated at the time of deposit.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. bbb8 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's bbb8 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in the account balance. bbb8 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Prohibited Deposit Sources

All funds deposited into a bbb8 account must originate from a payment method legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or funds obtained through illegal means are strictly prohibited. bbb8 reserves the right to freeze and investigate any deposit that appears to originate from an unauthorised or suspicious source.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes to four hours of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts or cards may take between one and five business days depending on the financial institution. All processing times are indicative and may be subject to variation during periods of high demand or pending KYC review.

6.3 Withdrawal Verification

bbb8 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Players who have not completed full account verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

bbb8 operates a policy of returning funds to the original payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original method, the Player must submit alternative payment details and complete any additional verification steps required by the Company.

6.5 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any withdrawal that includes funds derived from a bonus or promotional credit is subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus. Withdrawal requests will not be approved until all relevant wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Specific wagering multiples and eligible games are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bbb8 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Eligibility

Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players as specified in each promotion. bbb8 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on Player location, account status, verification level, or prior bonus usage history. Players who have previously abused promotional offers may be excluded from future promotions at bbb8's sole discretion.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements; games may be weighted differently (e.g., slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage).

7.4 Bonus Expiry

7.5 Bonus Abuse

8. Gameplay Rules

8.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bbb8 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account balance. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction may not be honoured. bbb8 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Intellectual Property

All content on bbb8.io, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of bbb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any content or software from bbb8.io without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbb8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to system downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.

The total aggregate liability of bbb8 to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's bbb8 account at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by bbb8

bbb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the bbb8 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, the Player's licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the standard rules of the applicable game or market. bbb8 retains the right to retain transaction records, account data, and associated documentation for compliance and regulatory purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to Terms

bbb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
